Gail's son, Scott Simpson, joined Body Corporate Professionals in 1998, following a 13 year career with the Commonwealth Bank, and together they developed a strong brand and respect within the Body Corporate Management community. Scott became a partner in Body Corporate Professionals in 2003 and continued to increase and develop his own portfolio of clients.
Body Corporate Professionals merged with a national group, TEYS Strata in 2004 seeing Scott become the Managing Director of the new TEYS Strata (Sunshine Coast). Gail retained her directorship in the new company and to the joy of her portfolio of clients, also remained a Strata Manager. In 2009 Scott and Gail again took full control of their businesss renaming it BCP Strata Pty Ltd.
BCP Strata Pty Ltd is dedicated to pass onto it's clients a combination of the experience it learned from being part of a national company with a strong focus on personalised local service.

BCP Strata Pty Ltd is a practitioner member of the Strata Community Australia (Qld) (previously the Community Titles Institute of Queensland (CTIQ) and as such observes the code of professional conduct which requires members to be bound by a stringent code of ethics regarding confidentiality, professional excellence and conduct. It is also a requirement of SCA (Qld) that members hold appropriate professional indemnity insurance cover as an added safeguard for bodies corporate.
All BCP Strata's Body Corporate Managers hold a Certiricate IV Property Services (Operations) or the equivalent, which is the current industry educational standard. All managers are members of the Strata Community Australia (Qld) and attend regular training and seminars run by the Institute. Our highly experienced team of office staff have worked in the Body Corporate industry for many years and have also completed the Body Corporate Management Introductory course run by the SCA (Qld).
From our small beginnings in 1991, BCP Strata Pty Ltd now manages body corporate schemes throughout the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Gympie, Maryborough and even as far a field as Central Queensland.
