Scott Simpson | Managing Director
Scott commenced his career in the Strata Management industry with Body Corporate Professionals in 1998 becoming a full partner of this business in 2003. He has a proven track record of assisting committees and owners with complex community title issues.
He is well regarded throughout the profession, particularly with supporting developers with the establishment of new schemes and is also recognised as an expert in the re-calculation of lot entitlements.
Scott has previously held a directorship with the Community Titles Institute of Queensland (CTIQ). The CTIQ is the peak industry body supporting all industry stakeholders. Scott is currently a member of one of the CTIQs development committees.
Scott holds a Certificate IV in Body Corporate Management and has completed the CTIQ Advanced Body Corporate Manager course. These courses are the current industry educational standard.

Gail Simpson | Director and Strata Manager
Gail Simpson founded Body Corporate Professionals in 1991 which quickly developed a solid reputation as setting new benchmarks in strata ethics and professionalism on the Sunshine Coast and across Queensland.
Body Corporate Professionals merged with TEYS in 2004 and Gail remained as a Director and Strata Manager of that company. Gail is a Director and Working Principal of the new BCP Strata Pty Ltd.
Gail has a background in legal, accounting, strata title and management spanning approximately 30 years. Gail also holds the Certificate IV in Body Corporate Management, has completed the Advanced Body Corporate Managers course and is also a Commissioner for Declarations.

Michael Wylie | Strata Manager
Michael commenced with our previous company, TEYS Strata, in April 2005 as a Strata Manager and is an integral part of our operations.
Michael has a background in Management Rights, he holds a Certificate IV in Property (Operations) and is a licensed Real Estate Agent and practising member of the Real Estate Institute of Queensland (REIQ).
Michael's previous career prior to moving to Queensland to purchase management rights was as a Station Manager in the South Australian Ambulance Service. His attention to detail and service to clients is unparalleled.

Alison Johnson | Facilities Manager
Alison started working with BCP Strata mid 2010 as the Facilities Manager and has proved an invaluable asset to our team.
Whilst highly experienced in facilities management, Alison also has an extensive background in property management and body corporate administration. Having worked across these three areas, Alison has the skills and knowledge to make sure your property is well maintained and all jobs are carried out by competent contrators, in a timely manner.
Alison is currently undertaking a Certificate IV in Project Management to ensure she is providing you with the best service possible.
As well as co-ordinating general repairs and maintenance, Alison specialises in BSA claims, insurance claims, scheduled maintenance programmes and regularly conducts on-site visits to ensure your property is looking its best. She can also offer assistance in regard to the requirements for swimming pool fence legislation/certification and Fire Services/maintenance of fire services.

Scott, Gail and Michael are supported by a highly experienced team of finance, maintenance and office administrators to ensure your property is managed in complete compliance with Queensland's complex body corporate legislation.
All of our staff have worked in the Body Corporate industry for a number of years and they have also completed the Body Corporate Management Introductory course run by the CTIQ.
